Cultural Futures Associates is dedicated to partnering with cultural organizations to maximize effectiveness in providing a dynamic, engaging and sound environment for the benefit of the organization, its community and its audiences.

  • 17 years of senior art museum leadership and program development

  • 8 years experience as a creativity facilitator in the Leadership Development Program at the Banff Centre and participant/facilitator in 2 Thought Leader Forums exploring Leader as Designer, Reflective Practice in Leadership.

  • experienced and innovative creative facilitator who can employ arts based activities (visual, writing, drama, and movement) among others

  • trained in Creative Problem Solving (CPS) techniques for brainstorming and directing action

  • certified in the use of FourSight: The Breakthrough Thinking Profile an assessment designed to help individuals and teams better understand how they approach solving problems through creative thinking (half day and full day workshops)

  • trained in using interactive visuals for Visual Facilitation, Visual Recording and Template design
